Who We Are

Sara Evans is an aviation executive and advisor with more than 23 years of experience in aircraft leasing, lease administration, contract management, insurance, transaction execution, and operational leadership. Throughout her career, she has helped build and scale organizations, lead complex transactions, improve operational performance, and guide companies through periods of significant growth and change. She is known for her practical approach to problem-solving, ability to navigate complex situations, and commitment to building high-performing teams and scalable processes.

Sara began her aviation career at International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC) in 2003 before joining Air Lease Corporation in 2010 as its founding Head of Contracts. She helped support the company's successful IPO on the New York Stock Exchange within its first year of operations and went on to build Air Lease's Contracts & Insurance function from inception into a best-in-class global organization of seventeen professionals across Los Angeles and Dublin. Her team supported a portfolio of more than 450 aircraft on lease to over 100 airline customers worldwide and played a central role in aircraft acquisitions, deliveries, returns, financings, restructurings, insurance management, and portfolio transactions.

In addition to her operational leadership, Sara spearheaded numerous process improvement and technology initiatives and became recognized for her ability to lead through complex, high-pressure situations. Today, through Sage Endeavor LLC, she advises aircraft lessors, asset managers, servicers, investors, and aviation service providers on operational strategy, lease administration, contract management, organizational development, process improvement, and special projects, helping organizations execute more effectively and scale with confidence.
